Something Yumi from Yumi

People remember the little things.

They remember the personal touches and the thoughtful acts.

Things that quite honestly are not that tricky to achieve, and would probably make you feel just as good about doing them as they are about receiving them.

Why not apply this thinking to your clients or your potential clients?  If the first impression a client has with you is positive, memorable and they can take something away from it that they talk about with others – you are far more likely to hear from them again!  When you have the chance to meet a potential client face to face, make the most of it.  Give them reasons to use you rather than your competitors….  What makes you shine, what makes you sparkle!  It sounds corny but it works.  People like to see the personality come out.  Be yourself, be friendly and give them something to remember you by.
